The Addiction Helpline is a toll free confidential service that provides alcohol, tobacco, other drugs, and problem gambling support, as well as information and referral to services. The Addiction Helpline operates 24 hour a day, seven days a week and is available to all Albertans. Interpreter Services available in 180 languages.

Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.
